Kamikaze unmanned aircraft Anti laser weapons and Able to reconnoct targets without satellite navigation

Reportedly, the Russian company Rostec said that the kamikaze Lancet drone did not use laser weapons.

Not without reason, the drone has been equipped with an antilaser protection system embedded in its body.

The company also said the Lancet was able to independently conduct reconnaissance and attack targets without satellite navigation. The Lancet consists of reconnaissance, communications, navigation, and attack.

These drones are more effective than conventional weapons systems and have a much lower price tag, the manufacturer claims.

Kalashnikov General Director Vladimir Dmitriyev said, the Lancet has been equipped with a TV unit guide that supports the controller to control even at the stage of the flight terminal.

The new ammunition has an optical-electronic guidance unit and can be programmed before it is flown. The Lancet has a maximum take-off weight of up to 12 kg and a combat range of 40 km (25 miles).

This drone is equipped with a distance fuse. While the engine is electrically driven with a small size rotor. The Lancet is equipped with a high-explosive (HE) warhead.

The kamikaze Lancet drone was built by Zala Aero which is a subsidiary of Kalashnikov Concern. The drone was first shown to the public at the Army-2019 Forum in Kubinka, outside the city of Moscow.
