An-124 military aircraft delivers the latest Bayraktar TB2 to Ukraine
HSMilitarycom: The Turkish company has sent some of the latest batches Bayraktar TB2 to Ukraine. An An-124 military plane has taken off from Tekirdag in Turkey bound for Poland's Rzeszow.
According to avia pro sources, the An-124 military aircraft carried dozens of Bayraktar TB2s bound for Ukraine. It is not clear how many Bayraktar units will be sent to the Ukrainian military.
“The An-124-100 heavy transport plane of the Ukrainian Antonov airline took off from the Turkish city of Tekirdag, where the UAV is produced, to Poland's Rzeszow. On board, perhaps, a new batch of Bayraktar TB2 attack drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is the second flight in recent days." quoted from the Military Observer Telegram channel.
Earlier, a Bayraktar TB2 transport plane flew from Turkey to Rzeszow, but Ankara said that this is a private matter for Kyiv and the Turkish company, in which Turkish authorities do not intend to interfere.
The Ukrainian military is actively using the Bayraktar TB2 attack drone, but the latter was shot down on a large scale, including by the Russian military, as previously reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense and videos circulating on various types of social media.
A few weeks ago, the Bayraktar TB2 managed to destroy several Russian armored vehicles and a Russian military convoy.
