Also, a representative of the People's Militia of the DPR said that the plan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provides for the encirclement and blockade of large cities of Donbass: Donetsk, Luhansk, Gorlovka and Alchevsk.

Basurin clarified that the plan was obtained by the undercover intelligence of the People's Militia of the DPR, and up to five days were allocated for the Square operation.

As a result, on February 18, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced the start of a mass evacuation of the population to the Rostov region in connection with possible military actions by Ukraine.
