HSMilitarycom: Another attempt by the Ukrainian military to strike at columns of military equipment ended not in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the Bayraktar TB2 strike drone was successfully shot down by the Tor system of an unknown modification.

On the presented video frames, you can see the moment of the attack of the Russian Tor air defense system on the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 strike drone. 

As a result of the launch of an anti-aircraft guided missile, the drone was successfully shot down, however, taking into account official statements from the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as representatives of the DPR and LPR, the Ukrainian army should have already run out of attack drones of this type.

“On the footage, you can see that the downed drone was actually above the air defense systems, although such drones are capable of attacking from a distance of 7 kilometers and from a much greater height. 

Why the much more long-range Tor air defense system detected and shot down the drone so late, especially since the latter was actually in the "dead zone" of the radar of the anti-aircraft missile system, is unknown, ”the specialist notes

At the moment, there are no official statements from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation regarding the defeat of drones shown in the video frames, however, experts note that Bayraktar TB2 drones do not have real advantages and air defense systems can easily detect them.
