America stationed F-15s in Poland. Is Russia worried?

HSMilitarycom: Russia may not worry about the deployment of US Air Force F-15 Eagle fighters in Poland as long as it has S-400 Triumph systems.

This was stated by the columnist for the American portal The National Interest (NI) Peter Suchiu.

America stationed F-15s in Poland. Is Russia worried?

The Pentagon decided to send fighter jets to Poland as part of the overall strengthening of NATO in Eastern Europe. Warsaw agreed to the deployment of a large batch of F-15 Eagle aircraft in the country.

However, the mentioned fighters do not pose a threat to Russia, which summarized the author of The National Interest (NI) Peter Suchiu.

According to a foreign expert, in this case, Moscow will get a trump card in store in the form of the S-400 air defense system. PolitRussia cites his article in retelling.

“Russia can respond to this move by permanently deploying its most advanced air defense system near the Belarusian capital,” Suciu warned NATO.

The expert noted that several divisions of these systems are already in the republic to participate in joint exercises.

Suchiu does not rule out that after the maneuvers, several air defense systems will remain in the republic. The radius of their action just covers the territory of Poland.

In addition, it is not difficult for the S-400 to detect even stealth aircraft, including fifth-generation F-35 fighters.

Earlier, the Pentagon announced the dispatch of 3,000 troops to Poland as part of the strengthening of NATO in Eastern Europe against the backdrop of the situation in Ukraine. In addition, there are already about 1,700 American soldiers in the country.
