Maneuverability of the F-22 Raptor, cannot be done by the Sukhoi generation

Hsmilitarycom: Aviation fighters of the fifth generation have a great advantage over aircraft of the Su family due to the high thrust-to-weight ratio of thrust-vectoring engines.

According to Censor dot NET,  Russian aviation expert Vadim Lukashevich wrote about this on Facebook , posting a video of the maneuvers of an American aircraft.

We are very proud of our Pugachev Cobra (which, by the way, was first discovered and tested by Igor Volk), which is operated by Su-27 family aircraft.

It is the Pugachev Cobra that makes our Sus the most maneuverable fourth-generation fighters in the world.

Cobra Pugachev" is an aerobatics maneuver, performing which the aircraft goes far beyond the critical angles of attack (up to 110 degrees) and then safely returns without falling, but only losing in altitude and speed.

This is only possible due to the unique aerodynamics/centering of the aircraft.

But for fifth-generation fighters, the situation is already different the high thrust-to-weight ratio of engines with thrust vector control makes a much greater contribution to super-maneuverability than aerodynamics.
